Shipping policy

We ship all orders with Swiss Post from our warehouse in Heimberg (Switzerland). Orders are usually packed and handed over to Swiss Post within 1–2 working days after receipt of payment. Shipping costs are shown in the checkout and charged in addition to the price of the goods. Delivery times apply from handover to Swiss Post and are approximate.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein

  • Letter by B Mail: CHF 1.40, usually delivered within 3 working days
  • Letter by A Mail: CHF 1.70, usually delivered on the next working day
  • PostPac Economy with tracking: CHF 9.00, usually delivered within 2 working days

No customs charges apply within Switzerland or for deliveries to Liechtenstein.

Abroad (generally without customs clearance)

We deliver to all Member States of the European Union, to Norway and to the United Kingdom. Deliveries abroad are generally made without customs clearance.

  • Small goods up to 250 g: international letter without tracking, from CHF 9.50, usually delivered within 5–8 working days
  • Heavier orders: as a parcel, price and shipping method in the checkout

The goods are exported from Switzerland. In the destination country, import VAT, customs duties and customs clearance fees may be charged on delivery. These costs are not included in the purchase price and are paid by the recipient.

Duty-paid shipping method

For some countries, we offer a duty-paid shipping method in the checkout (Delivered Duty Paid). Only if you expressly choose this shipping method are customs duties, import VAT and customs clearance fees included in the shipping costs and paid by us. In that case, you will not be charged any further costs on delivery. You can see in the checkout, before completing your order, whether the duty-paid shipping method is available for your country and what it costs.

Loss or damage

We bear the risk until the shipment has been delivered to you. If a shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at info@photon-racing.com. We will send you a replacement or refund the purchase price.

You bear the costs of returns under the right of withdrawal. For warranty claims, we cover the return shipping costs. For returns from abroad, please mark the customs declaration as a return so that no unnecessary charges are incurred on import into Switzerland.
